Although the U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not require restaurants to make nutritional analyses of menu items available, it does enforce very strict regulations on any expressed or implied nutritional claims. Since Shakers Restaurants offer an extensive menu, including luncheon and daily specials, and since we are constantly changing our menus to provide new dining options for our guests, we are not able to provide nutritional analyses on our menu selections at this time. However, we are always happy to work with our customers to accommodate any special requests or dietary needs.
